products can be returned (We do not exchange) within 10  days with proper authorization. Please email astrozolo@hotmail.com to obtain such authorization as returns without proper authorization will be refused. Please understand that sizes and quantities may change from our suppliers and is out of our control. If an order is placed and the supplier is out of that size, we will refund your money in full within 3-5 business days.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping (and any customs or duty fees applicable at the border) and there is a 10% restocking fee as these items are made to order. Please allow up to 10-20 business days for credits to be processed. Altered or washed garments are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, only the product cost

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt, in order to declare any defect, and to confirm receiving the correct style, size, color or quantity, before altering the merchandise. While Astrozolo is making all effort to assure the quality and the accuracy of each product sent, Astrozolo will not accept any responsibility of any altered defective or incorrect merchandise. No return will be accepted on altered merchandise it must be in original condition.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, the buyer must ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If the buyer/customer believes that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send us a email to astrozolo@hotmail.com mentioning your order reference number. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
