Shipping policy

Clothing and merchandise are shipped within 5-10 business days of the date of order.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

We will notify you within 24-48 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.

Astrozolo does use print on demand services for some products and the shipping location will vary depending on where the client is located. Please note if customs decides to charge customs or duty fees it is the responsibility of the customer (however please note these fees are not typical and shouldn't be charged. Random inspections do occur sometimes and fees are applicable with those inspections)

Astrozolo does not take responsibility for shipping timeframe. That will depend on our carrier and how busy they are at the time of order.
